This fifty–five year
old institution, set up with the aim of providing quality education, is the foremost
Science College
of the state. The college has been accredited B+ by
NACC i.e. National Accreditation and Assessment Council in the year 2006.
The college started a career and placement cell, which has been functional
for the last three years. It has been doing appreciable work for career guidance
& recruitment of students thus shaping their future positively.
It is a matter of pride
that many PG students of the college have been making it to the merit list of the
University. Apart from this, we also had students recruited to reputed companies
like Wipro, IBM, Infosys, TCS, Nicholas Piramal and Bajaj Auto, in the last and
previous academic session. Infosys alone selected 40 students in its campus drive-
13 for IT and 27 in the BPO.
To be able to continue with our endeavor, we are looking forward
to a fruitful association with renowned companies like yours. We will appreciate
if you give our students a chance to prove themselves by absorbing the brightest
among them in your organization.

We have a large number of students from surrounding rural areas and our endeavor
is to provide the best facilities to them in terms of education and all round personality
development.
With this aim in mind,
the college started a career and placement cell, which has been actively operational

As far as courses are
concerned, we are running courses in Computer Science (Pass & Honours), Information Technology, Micro-Biology

in the last academic session. Infosys alone selected 40 students in its campus drive-
13 for IT and 27 in the BPO.
From time to time we
hold seminars, lectures and presentations for our students. Not only members of
the cell, but professionals from reputed companies and organizations such from banking
